Because Nick Leeson's illegal trading in disguise a scam, which is approved happened a few years ago.

Fred the Shed cat bankers and other fats have been found guilty of this (yet). Since they are both incompetent and should all rights be removed (including pensions) and the lack of titles, etc. is not a crime.

Yes I agree, it would be nice to see them expand. You can imagine, Fred Goodwin, refuses to shares as part of their "nose".
