Pink Frying Pan How To Cook Pork Chops?

How to cook pork chops? - pink frying pan

I fry pork chops (thick) about a centimeter, and for some reason I can not properly cooked before the inside is burned out. Cooking, I'm not very good, please call me first class consulting with the Head of the big words that I've ever heard. I want as easy as possible for the average Joe trying to make dinner: P.

Here is my current routine:

1. Thaw again all day.
2. Put in a pot with the heat, literally, as low as possible.
3. With salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
4. Flip through any nowandthen.

Voila. Nice brown on the outside, terrible, "pink" inside. It is pink, dark pink, but I do not eat. Some tips, ideas, etc., etc.?

Thanks in advance!

Pork chops or pork?

It is difficult to cook over low heat, and yes, it will burn the outside before it inside.

First, go to the store and the kitchen to get a instant read thermometer - it costs about $ 10. You can in the middle of the pie for a quick read. So I cook pork to 150 degrees and pull (temperature) will continue to grow in a bit. Leave the thermometer in - to melt.

If you cook pork chops until thin cutlets cut, so that they cook more than burn, without paying.

However, this is how I like to cook pork - a spine, or thick pork chops:

1) Obtain an apple sauce - flavored with cinnamon, if you can find or add the cinnamon, but it is optional.
2) Obtain an Italian bread crumbs.
3) Mix applesauce and bread, but the idea is very wet, bread crumbs, over applesauce.
4) Get a (preferably glass) for cooking, but really.
5) Heat oven to 350
6) Place the fillet or chops in the pan, COAt all with applesauce / crumbs.
7) Cook (I can not say how long because I do not know what you are with the cooking, and in any case varies, but that's what) the thermometer.
8) Do not remove when you're done, leave for 5 minutes, then serve.

Alternatively, if you intended to roast a spinal, which considers the first, and then you're essentially cooking the pork medallions. You can control the thickness - and thus the speed of the kitchen - and probably faster to cook.

I go to the heat a little and use a lid on the pot ... I make a similar pork chop w / soda cracker crumbs and wise use Dijon mustard instead of egg to remain ... and I'm always with a lid and cook very well .... So I had to try it.

I do not know like fried pork chops. I would be a can of cream of mushroom soup and add water to half the meat sauce I put in a pan, pour sauce on to make. Preheat oven to 375 and bake for 25 minutes or until done

Stupid as it may seem, knowing you never thought to buy thinner pork chops? :)

Here is my routine (although yours sounds a bit healthier):

Make four 1 / pork chops 2 centimeters thick, dipped in beaten egg then in experienced Italian bread crumbs. Heat a few tablespoons of olive oil (or bacon grease if you want the amazing taste and does not care too much hot fat / calories) over medium heat until smoking, but not. The Porkchop Fry on one side for 5 to 7 minutes, flip and cook another 4 or 5 minutes on the other side.

If you find that they are quick to acquire Brown, turn heat to medium and low.

First, make sure they are completely thawed, not frozen at all. Then the season before putting them in the pan, and keep saesoning a better taste. Put a little oil or butter and heat it in a pan. Heat oil or butter over medium heat for a few minutes from Nice and warm but not too hot. Once it't hot enough, put the meat, you should hear a pop when it starts to spit and / or splashing water, oil is too hot, turn it a little. Cook 5-7 minutes per side. BUS only once. And they do. Incidentally, the fine, a little pink pig.
